What does AuraLens do? AuraLens analyzes your skin using AI technology and provides personalized skincare suggestions based on your skin type, concerns, and goals.
Is AuraLens a medical app? No. AuraLens is a wellness and self-care tool. It does not diagnose medical conditions or replace professional dermatological advice. All suggestions are for informational purposes only. If you have skin concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
Are my photos stored or shared? Your photos are stored only on your device. When you request an analysis, the photo is sent to our AI provider for processing but is not retained afterward. We never share your photos with third parties.
How do I delete my data? All data is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply delete the AuraLens app from your device. All photos, analysis history, and preferences will be permanently removed.
The analysis seems inaccurate. What should I do? AI analysis has limitations and may not always be accurate. For best results, take photos in good natural lighting with your face clearly visible. Avoid heavy makeup or filters. Remember that AuraLens provides general suggestions, not professional assessments.
I’m having technical issues. Try the following: (1) Close and reopen the app. (2) Make sure you have a stable internet connection. (3) Update to the latest version of AuraLens. (4) Restart your device.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AuraLens → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

By downloading, installing, or using AuraLens (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
AuraLens is a consumer wellness application that uses artificial intelligence to provide general skincare suggestions and informational content. The App analyzes photos of your face to offer skincare tips, product ingredient suggestions, and daily skincare routines.
AuraLens is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service.
You should NEVER rely on the App to make health decisions. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional before starting any new skincare routine, using any new product, or for any skin-related concerns.
AuraLens makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding the accuracy of its analysis or the effectiveness of any skincare suggestions provided. Individual skin types, conditions, allergies, and reactions vary greatly. Results from following any suggestions in the App may vary and are not guaranteed.

Any skincare ingredients, products, or routines mentioned in the App are general informational suggestions based on commonly available over-the-counter products. They are NOT prescriptions, endorsements, or medical recommendations. AuraLens has no affiliation with any skincare brand or product manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
AuraLens is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
All content, features, and functionality of AuraLens (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of AuraLens and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

AuraLens collects and processes facial photographs for skin analysis. This section explains exactly how your face data is handled.

All personal data, including photos, analysis results, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any external database or server that stores your personal information.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The only data transmission occurs when you explicitly request an AI skin analysis, as described in Section 3.
AuraLens is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
AuraLens is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.
The App does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer professional dermatological consultations. All AI-generated analysis, scores, suggestions, and skincare routines are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. The AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

AuraLens, its developers, and affiliates accept no responsibility or liability for any harm, injury, adverse reaction, or negative outcome that may result from using the App or following any suggestions provided within it.
AuraLens offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

By using AuraLens and agreeing to the in-app consent dialog, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including the transmission of your photos to Anthropic’s Claude AI service for skin analysis purposes.
